Terms of service: being finalised.

The terms of service, the authorised-testing terms and the data processing agreement for checkii.ai are with counsel. Until they are published here, the following applies.

What applies now

• The service is a private beta operated by MCR Technologies Limited, company number 12319980, England and Wales. See Trust for the company and assurance status.
• Every assessment runs only against assets whose ownership you have proven through the platform's verification step, under an approval recorded separately from the request. You must hold the right to test anything you name as a target. A job outside that boundary does not run.
• Self-service plans are billed monthly through Stripe. To cancel or change a plan, email info@checkii.ai; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Findings and evidence are yours. What we keep, for how long, and how it is protected is set out on the Trust page and will be formalised in the data processing agreement.
